Horticulture and Afforestation for Underserved Areas and Populations in the Eastern Region

Description of Activities:

The main focus of this project was MAIL capacity building in conducting surveys of the degraded areas, planning for afforestation and implemented fruit and non-fruit trees for restoration of ecosystems services. The project established 50 nurseries for women for the sustainability of the project.
